Important Helicopter Service Notice: Helicopter tickets are handled by IRCTC. The current fare is calculated at ₹9,400 (2025 rates) based on Sersi/Phata. Actual fares are announced one month prior to departure. Any variance will be charged or refunded accordingly.

Guidelines & Notes

  • Registration: Mandatory for Char Dham Yatra. Complete at: registrationandtouristcare.uk.gov.in
  • Accommodation: Due to construction bans in Badrinath, peak season stay may be shifted to Pipalkoti, Joshimath, or Pandukeshwar.
  • Helicopter Booking: Managed strictly by IRCTC. We act as facilitators but cannot guarantee tickets due to high demand. If tickets are not secured, ₹9,400 will be refunded.
  • Alternative Transport: If helicopters are unavailable, guides will assist with travel via Pony, Doli, or walking.
  • Cancellations: Refunds for weather-related cancellations are subject to IRCTC/Helicopter company rules. Ensure your boarding card is stamped "Not Travelled / Cancelled" for refund processing.
  • Weight Limits: Fare covers up to 75 kg. Excess weight charges are payable directly at the helipad.
  • Medical Requirements: Travelers over 65 must provide a medical report from an MD Doctor (issued within 30 days of travel).

Terms & Conditions

• 50% advance payment required to hold booking; balance due 25 days prior to journey.
• Children below 5 years: No charge (no seat provided in bus). 5-10 years: 70% package cost.
• Conveyance from bus alighting points to monuments/hotels must be borne by tourists if local laws restrict bus entry.
• Triple sharing includes an extra mattress in a single room. Room heaters/incidentals are extra.
• No refunds for unused meals, missed sightseeing due to delays, or power-related amenity failures (AC/Heaters).
• Valuables are the sole responsibility of the passenger; do not leave them in the coach.
• Health insurance is mandatory for all travelers covering the entire travel period.
• The company reserves the right to change vehicles (Bus to Tempo Traveler/Car) based on group size.
• Cancellation Policy: No refunds, replacements, or postponements are accepted once advance payment is made.

Board the vehicle from Hotel Southern, Karol Bagh, New Delhi and proceed to Haridwar. Afternoon check into the hotel. Early morning drive to Jankichatti (45 km / 2.5 hrs.). Arrive Janki Chatti and then start trek to Yamunotri Temple (6 km) by walk / pony / doli. Approx Rates Per Person (Both Ways): Pony: ₹2500/- │Doli: ₹8000/- (Rates subject to change as per local union.) Arrive at Yamunotri, and may take a Holy Bath in Yamuna River (Yamunotri is the Birthplace of River Yamuna). After the Holy Bath, proceed for Yamunotri Temple darshan. Post breakfast, check out the Hotel and proceed to Srinagar (150 km / 5.5hrs), have lunch and then drive to Rampur/Guptakashi (100 km / 4.5 hrs). Arrive Rampur/Guptakashi and check into your hotel. Overnight Stay. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Night Stay: Rampur/Guptakashi

(04.00 Hrs.): Kedarnath Temple Darshan

From Rampur - Early in the morning, proceed to Sonprayag (4 km), From Phata - Proceed to Sonprayag (7–8 km) & From Guptkashi - Proceed to Sonprayag (30 km). Followed by a Govt. Jeep transfer from Sonprayag to Gaurikund (5 km) on direct payment. Later, proceed to Kedarnath (17 km) by Pony / Doli / Walk. After Darshan & Pooja at the temple, return to your hotel. Overnight Stay. (Kedarnath Trek Charges: - Pony/Horse: ₹6500/- per person | Doli: ₹11,000/- per person). Note: Pilgrims opting for helicopter services from the designated helipads (Sersi / Phata / Guptkashi) to Kedarnath and back are required to reach the respective helipad on their own. (08:00 Hrs.): Optional Visits

After completing Kedarnath Darshan on Day 3, pilgrims may spend the day at leisure or choose to visit nearby sacred sites. Pilgrims can opt for an excursion to Triyuginarayan Temple, the divine wedding site of Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati, known for its eternal Holy Fire or you may visit Ukhimath, the winter seat of Lord Kedarnath and Lord Madmaheshwar, where the deities are worshipped during the winter months. These visits are optional and can be arranged at their own cost. Lunch will be served at your respective hotel between 13.00 - 15.00 hrs. (07:30 Hrs.): Rampur/ Guptkashi → Badrinath (220 km / 10 hrs.)

After breakfast, check out the hotel and begin the scenic drive towards Badrinath, one of the most revered pilgrimage sites of the Chardham Yatra. The journey passes through picturesque Himalayan landscapes, charming villages, lush valley and river views along the Alaknanda River. Enroute lunch at Pipalkoti/Joshimath. Arrive at Badrinath, check into the hotel and relax for a while. Later in the evening, proceed to visit the Badrinath Temple for Darshan (if time permits) and witness the serene evening atmosphere near the temple area. Pilgrims may also take a Holy Dip at Tapt Kund, the natural hot spring located at the temple entrance. Return to the hotel for dinner. Overnight Stay. Meals: Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner Night Stay: Badrinath

(05.00 Hrs.): Badrinath → Mana Village → Rudraprayag (190 Km / 6 hrs.)

Early in the morning, proceed for Badrinath Temple Darshan. After offering prayers, visit Brahma Kapal, located near the temple, where pilgrims may perform Pind Pradan / Shradh rituals in memory of their ancestors. This sacred site holds great significance for performing these rites as per Hindu tradition. After completing Darshan and rituals, return to the hotel for breakfast (upto 09.00 hrs.). Post breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Mana Village, the last Indian village before the Indo-Tibet border. After lunch at Badrinath, begin the scenic drive towards Rudraprayag, passing through beautiful Himalayan valleys and river streams. Arrive at Rudraprayag, check into the hotel and relax.
