• Confirmation will be subject to availability @ the time of reservation.

• We shall proceed with the holding/ confirmation, and we would require 30% payment before cut of date, 50% before 30 Days and balance before 10 Days prior to travel date

• Ferry tickets will be booked only once advance payment is done and the same is subject to availability at the time of booking

• Please share All guest names as per government documents with flight tickets at the time of booking confirmation advise.

• In the case of cancellation of trip, we shall process refund as per policy of Hotel/Services, efforts deserve a service charge of 10% of total cost of the package.

• Covid reason such as Lockdown/ Tested Positive, Booking can be postponed to further dates within time frame subject to hotel/ ferry acceptance on the same, Price difference applicable based on season/ off season.

• Rates may change if traveling dates are changed. • Tour program may be shuffled due to the inclement weather conditions and changes in Flight/ Ferry operations, which may incur extra charges.

• The vehicle used will be exclusive for guest but will not be at disposal. It will as per contract & will change every day and sector wise.

• Mostly hotels in Andamans follow an early Check in/ Check Out time (08:30am10:30am) policy, early check in/ Late Check Out subject to availability and completely on hotel’s discretion.

• All extras other than mentioned above are payable directly at hotel/ service provider.

• We do not provide standalone services such as only Hotels OR only transport OR any other service, do not insist us for price breakup.

• We recommend you share your detailed requirement such as selected hotels/Meal Pan/ tentative budget/add on services etc, changesgreater than 3 times would attract a service charge on INR 1000/- per change, amount can be adjusted in booking upon confirmation.

Covid-19Guidelines:

• All fully vaccinated (Double Dose+15 Days completed) persons coming to AndamanIslands from mainland are exemptedfor carrying RT-PCR negative test report, irrespective of the type of vaccine received and country of origin.

• All children below 5 years of age are exempted from carrying RT-PCR negative test report and further RT-PCR testing at Port Blair Airport.

• All other passengers viz. unvaccinated and partially vaccinated passengers (those who have taken only 1st dose of COVID vaccine) shall have to produce RT-PCR negative test report to travel to Port Blair from mainland, as is the practice now. Such RT-PCR test should have been taken within 48 hours prior to commencement of journey from the origin airport connecting Port Blair. Such passengers will also have to undergo additional RT-PCR test on arrival at PortBlair.

• All guests are required to wear face masks in public areas/ inside vehicle and to sanitiseor wash their hands frequently. Masks will be available for purchase with our tourcoordinators.
